- One hour appointment with the dentist
- Consultation with the dentist
- Comprehensive dental check-up exam
- Scaling, polishing and stain removal
- Necessary intra-oral x-rays
- Full mouth x-ray
- Oral hygiene instructions
- Fluoride application
- Intra-oral photos
Conditions of the Check & Clean offer: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. For new patients only. If Health fund covers less than $195 then gap needs to be paid up to $195. No cash refund or credit given for health funds used exceeding the offer amount. If radiographs are not indicated for medical reasons, it may not be taken and this is in the patient’s best health interest.
